    a. Product Condition: Refunds are eligible for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    b. Return Window: To be eligible for a refund, customers must initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery as per our Return Policy.

    c. Exclusions: Certain items, as outlined in our Return Policy, may not be eligible for a refund. This includes used, damaged, or incomplete items, and those that do not meet the specified return criteria.

  • Refund Process

    a. Return Authorization: Customers must contact our customer service team at to request a return and receive authorization before shipping the item back.

    b. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a proof of postage.

    c. Refund Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original method of payment.

  • Non-Refundable Items

    a. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, handling fees, and any expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

    b. Wrong Size: Flairlace does not issue refunds for items where the customer ordered the wrong size. However, exchanges for a different size may be offered subject to availability and at the customer’s expense for shipping and handling.
