    Order Modification or Cancellation: Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated due to order processing.

  • Cancellation Process

    a. Requesting Cancellation: To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer service team at within the specified 24-hour window. Please provide your order number and the details of the requested changes.

    b. Cancellation Approval: Flairlace will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests within the specified timeframe. Once the cancellation request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

  • Refunds

    a. Refund Process: If the cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

    b. Non-Cancelable Orders: Orders that have already been processed or dispatched within the 24-hour window are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
